Vijay is a first generation technology entrepreneur and a renowned rural markets & agriculture expert working on financial inclusion, supply chain and market access issues of rural communities. In the last 20 years of his work, Vijay brings a wealth of experience in information technology innovation and deep understanding of rural markets. He is passionate about networking rural communities and forging partnerships, to seek transfer of equity in favour of farmers, primary producers and artisans in the value chain.
Vijay is an Ashok Fellow and has been honoured with several awards for his social entrepreneurship work including the "Business Outlook 2009", "Civil Society Citizen Karmaveer Puraskaar 2012-13", Ashoka-Lemelson Fellow 2008 (for life), Ashoka Globalizer Fellow 2010 and 2012. He serves as a Mentor and Judge for several institutions for social venture and entrepreneur challenges. He is also a founder, Board of Directors and the Chairman of Audit & Compliance Affairs Committee of the Business Correspondent Federation of India (BCFI), promoting financial inclusion in India.
Vijay is an Electrical Engineering Graduate with Post-Graduation in Management from the Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal, India.

T.K.Hazarika, a former Chief General Manager at NABARD, is a career Development Banker and comes with a wide experience of agri-banking sector having worked with NABARD during his entire career.
During his stint with NABARD, he has held various dynamic portfolios and last held the position of Chief General Manager, heading the Department of Subsidiaries & Strategic Investment (DSSI)& Corporate Planning Department (CPD) at the Bank's Corporate Office in Mumbai. He has deep understanding of strategies for business development, externally aided projects,Planning and Monitoring of Agricultural and Rural Credit of the Country besides firming up Corporate policy of Bank relating to Governance, Business Growth, Rural Credit and other Promotional Programmes; He has beenNodal Officer of NABARD for overseeing implementation of policies and programmes of various Departments and Ministries of Government of India such as Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers' Welfare, Ministry of Rural Development, etc. He has been a key member on the panel of various Corporate Level Committees viz. Management Committee, Investment Committee, Project Sanctioning Committee, ALCO etc.
Hazarika has a Masters Degree in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. He is versatile in Assamese, English, Hindi and conversant with Bengali and Nagamese language.

Karthikeyen is a project management professional and brings in over 22 years of experience in diverse roles ranging from monitoring & evaluation (M&E), capacity building & training, strategic corporate responsibility consulting, sustainability reporting; spearheading an NGO to investment promotion, building industry & trade relations. In his past work in agriculture/ social sector with NABARD Consultancy Services, Karthikeyen has led large teams for evaluation of some of the flagship programmes of the Department of Agriculture & Cooperation and has helped in consolidation and integration of business processes at grassroot levels in these sectors.
At Ekgaon, he leads a team that works on agriculture, supply chain management and public-private partnership. Besides, he passionately pursues monitoring, evaluation and learning systems for businesses and large government programmes.
Karthikeyen has a Master of Business Administration Degree in International Business and a bachelor's degree in science.
Divya Rajput, Director & Head - Strategic CSR & Incubation
Divya is a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional who has worked in the Higher Education sector with Government and Corporate alike. In the last 17 years, she has nurtured start-ups and assisted in fostering the innovation ecosystem, cohesive learning atmosphere, managing technical operations and strategic businesses.
She has managed and advised policy reforms for incubators through CSR legislation, developed Business sustainability tools for MSMEs by integrating the triple bottom line and NVGs (National Voluntary Guidelines for responsible business); Conceived and developed the first study on For-Profit Incubation in Indian Companies to identify parameters for success and failure. Further, she has developed certification programme on Entrepreneurial Innovation for capacity building of entrepreneurs to create and operate high net-worth enterprises; Formulated the girls scholarship scheme to increase gross enrolment ratio of girl students in higher education in India; She lead the brand Delhi Business School on Pan-India operations from 2007-2012. She is recipient of the Youth Excellence Award in Academics by Russian Cultural Centre in year 2009 Women Super Achiever's Award by CMO Council Asia in year 2011 in Singapore.
